DCS Export Scripts P-47D .lua file to export P-47D Cockpit and switches ver. 0.14

Export module file for the JF-17 to be used with DCS Export Scripts v1.2.1 (and possibly later). This will allow 3rd party software such as Ikarus and DCS Interface for Stream Deck to work with the JF-17 since the current release of Export Scripts does not come with the export module required for the JF-17.
